Chris Pennington

Chris, our owner, is an Air Force Veteran and former Federal Police Officer who has always had a passion for property beautification. He has extensive experience in most aspects of home renovation and exterior property improvement. He will make sure that your yard and property exterior is a beautiful and usable space.

Jessica Pennington

Jessica is also an Air Force Veteran and has spent the majority or her career in the Government space and has an extensive background in business. She is joining her husband in support of his endeavor to pursue his passion for making things beautiful.

Creative Landscape Design

We specialize in helping clients increase the value and beauty of their homes by creating clean, elegant outdoor living and work spaces. We like transformative projects that really bring your property back to life, but also enjoy property cleanups if you're simply trying to make your space manageable. For transformations, we provide lawn/tree debris cleanups, vine removal, junk removal, pressure and soft washing, and cutting back/edging overgrown lawns. For beautification, we restore your garden, or even handle full tear outs and redesigns, flagpole installation, tree acquisition and installation, and decorative garden/walkway borders.
